Myron “M-Town” Smith is a Milwaukee businessman, entrepreneur, and event producer who has been involved in some of the city’s largest and most recognized events. With years of experience in business, entertainment, and event production, Myron has built a reputation for creating experiences that bring people together on a major scale.
As co-founder of Xperience MKE, Myron continues that legacy through signature events such as The All White Xperience and The All Black Xperience, combining upscale entertainment, culture, fashion, and community into memorable experiences.
Myron’s vision extends beyond throwing events — his focus is building brands, creating opportunities, and producing experiences that contribute to Milwaukee’s growing entertainment and cultural scene.
Timothy Ricketts is a Milwaukee businessman, creative entrepreneur, photographer, musician, marketing professional, event producer, and proud church boy whose work has been woven into the city’s business, entertainment, and community landscape for more than two decades.
As founder of Photography MKE, Timothy is a recognized Milwaukee photographer specializing in branding, fashion, weddings, events, and creative imagery. He is also the founder and bandleader of Cigarette Break, one of Milwaukee’s longtime live-music staples, performing at major events and alongside nationally recognized artists.
Timothy’s impact extends into community service, nonprofit initiatives, youth development, education, and entrepreneurship. As co-founder of Xperience MKE, he brings his experience in marketing, music, photography, creative direction, and event production together to create signature events including The All White Xperience and The All Black Xperience.
Whether behind the camera, playing bass, serving his church and community, building businesses, or producing experiences, Timothy’s mission is simple: use creativity to connect people, create opportunities, and impact his city.
Xperience MKE runs two distinct event series, each with its own dress code and atmosphere. Tickets for each event are sold separately through our official Universe event page.
A formal affair. Guests are expected in all-black formal attire — suits, tuxedos, gowns, cocktail dresses, and other upscale evening looks. The atmosphere is elegant, sophisticated, and exclusive.

Dress code is enforced at the door and differs by event: all-black formal attire for The All Black Xperience, and all-white (casual-chic to upscale) for The All White Xperience. Entry may be refused for guests not in compliance.
All ticket sales are final. If Xperience MKE cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders are offered a full refund or credit toward a future date, by email within 5 business days.
Age requirements are set per event and listed on that event's Universe ticket page. Valid photo ID is required at the door.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest by forwarding your confirmation email. Names are not required to match at entry unless stated otherwise.
